"League Ready is the single most valuable resource for anyone that is genuinely serious about becoming a professional rugby league player."

My Favourite Reviews
We stumbled across a Facebook post of Mick's, offering more information about his League Ready Programme. After a phone call with Mick, Declan was keen to register with the programme and see what it could offer him.
It has been exactly what he needed. Mick encourages & advises him in a way that he can relate to & he looks forward to catching up with him every week. He was already on the right track with his own style of training and eating, but now has so much more information, direction & focus. He doesn't have to wonder or worry if he's doing the right things. It's all laid out for him to follow & being the youngest in the League Ready Programme this time around, Mick is happy to work with us to tweak things to tailor it to Declan's needs. He's really enjoying seeing the results he is getting in his testing, especially his 20kg increase for his squat in the second round of testing.
In October Declan was invited to take part in the Western Mustangs Junior Academy Toowoomba Cell training & development programme. I've been really impressed with how Mick was straight on the phone suggesting Declan adjust his weekly schedule to ensure that he was going to continue to gain strength & do what he needs to do, but make sure that he didn't burn out and was able to get plenty of rest, since he trains with them twice a week, as well as touch football once a week, on top of his League Ready programme & school.
This week, we received a phone call, requesting Declan take part in the Brisbane Broncos South Western Talent Squad Programme for 2018. Such an honour for him to be recognised by a club he's loved faithfully since he first discovered rugby league as a little boy. Mick has already given him some invaluable advice on how to tackle this next opportunity.
I'm pumped to see what the next 12mths holds in store for Declan, and we both know that Mick & Jenny will be there offering any support they can every step of the way.

Cheers!

The League Ready program is a very professional program; it helps with setting short and long-term goals, also this program helps create strategies to achieve those goals that you put your mind to both on and off the field.
Planning your week with the mindset of small wins and the 8 key elements to success, helps with perusing long term goals. This mindset really helps me in achieving my goals on and off the field. I practice this mentality in every training, gym session and my school work. This has significantly contributed to improvements both in my training and my school grades.
So, overall this program has helped me to think more productively and get the most out of those valuable 24 hours in a day.

Aiden.
